When you wear a properly fit compression stocking, it immediately has a noticeable relieving effect and helps your legs stay healthy. We recommend wearing Mediven compression stockings after any laser treatment and/or sclerotherapy. Compression stockings are worn to reduce the risk of bruising and swelling or other complications. This may help seal the treated vessels, keep the blood from collecting under the skin and reduce the development of dark spots. Wearing compression stockings may also reduce the number of treatments necessary and the possibility of recurrence.
