Julie is licensed in the state of Kansas as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from William Jewell College and her Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of Kansas School of Nursing. Julie is board certified as a Nurse Practitioner and certified as a Registered Nurse First Assistant.
Heather is licensed in the state of Kansas as a Registered Nurse. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Kansas. She started her career in the Cardiac Care Unit and Intensive Care Unit at Shawnee Mission Medical Center. Heather has been with Vascular Surgery Associates since 2008. She has been trained and certified on Aesthetic Laser treatment from the Index Corporation for the Gemini Laser, schlerotherapy, microphlebectomy, and assisting in venous ablation procedures.
Kelsey is licensed in the state of Kansas as a Registered Nurse. She started her career in the operating room at Shawneed Mission Medical Center on the cardiovascular surgical team, and has been with Vein Institute of the Midwest, an affiliate of Vascular Surgery Associates, since 2012. She has been trained and certified on Aesthetic Laser treatments from the Index Corporation for the Gemini Laser, sclerotherapy, microphlebectomy, and assisting in venous ablation procedures.
Tara is a Registered Vascular Technologist and Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2006 and then her Diagnostic Medical Sonography certificate from Hillyard Technical Center in 2009. She has been working for Vascular Surgery Associates since 2010.
Stephanie is a registered vascular technologist and diagnostic medical sonographer. She graduated with a diagnostic medical sonography certificate from Hillyard Technical Center in 2013. She joined Vascular Surgery Associates in 2014.
Carol is a Registered Nurse, licensed in Kansas, Missouri and Texas, Registered Vascular Technologist and Certified Vascular Nurse. Carol was instrumental in in the formation of the Vascular Laboratory in August of 2005, provided venous imaging skills to assist the formation of the Vein Institute of the Midwest, acquiring national accreditation of the Vascular Laboratory with the Intersocietal Commision for the Accreditation of Vascular Laboratories in 2006 to present, and growing the vascular laboratory to three full time Registered Vascular Technologist.
